This two-day gorilla tracking tour in Bwindi Impenetrable National park offers a chance for those who have fixed programs yet desire to trek Gorillas. The whole experience commences and climaxes in Kigali-Rwanda and involves a lot to encounter such as the different primate and Bird species, as well as different destinations.

Day 1: Pickup and Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
Upon arrival at Kigali international Airport, our driver guide will welcome and brief you about this experience. You will then drive to Kisoro having a stopover at the Genocide memorial grounds where innocent people lost their lives during 1994 genocide.
After, have lunch before proceeding to Uganda on a sensational 4 hours’ journey filled with amazing views of Virunga Volcanoes and beautiful Kisoro villages. Upon check in at the border, connect to any region of your choice where you will carry out the trekking exercise (Bwindi trekking regions are Buhoma, Ruhija, Nkuringo and Rushaga); Nkuringo and Rushaga sectors are the closest to Rwandan border. Check-in at your place of accommodation for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Tracking mountain gorillas and return to Kigali.
After an early morning breakfast, carry some packed lunch with you as you head to the sector’s ranger station for pre-trek briefing and document verification. This exercise commences at 7:30 and ends at 8:00am local time. The park rangers will read to you different trekking rules, guidelines and the do’s and don’ts while trekking these primates in their natural habitat.
This whole adventure might last for approximately 2-8 hours depending on how far the primates have gone, weather conditions and level of fitness. After finding them, one hour will be given to you to study the actual behaviors of these creatures, how the female gorillas feed their babies as well as getting amazed by the giant silver backs.
Descend from the jungles and trek to the starting point, meet your driver and have a picnic lunch before embarking on yet another 4-hour drive back to Kigali international airport for departure.
