Day one: Pickup, City tour and Transfer to Volcanoes National park
After breakfast, our guide will meet you at the agreed point early in the morning. They brief you about everything you have to look out for in the trip. Start the journey with a city tour. A visit to the local markets exposes you to the local people who buy and sell different commodities. These range from food staff, pieces of jewelry to souvenirs, purchase one as a remembrance of your safari to Rwanda.
Proceed to the genocide memorial grounds to listen to the stories of thousands of innocent people who were innocently killed and buried in a mass grave; it is also an opportunity for you to appreciate life and say – no to genocide activities.
Thereafter, enjoy a mouth-watering lunch in one of the hotels around the city before embarking on a two to three-hour drive to Volcanoes national park, situated in the northwestern part of the country.
The journey starts with a very smooth tarmac road, which enables a smooth ride as well as giving you a chance of viewing the eye-catching rolling hills, green plantations and scattered houses. Arrive at the park late in the evening, refresh a bit, have dinner and a peaceful night.
Day Two: Morning gorilla Trekking and afternoon Departure
